We are delighted to inform you that International Symposia on Physics of Materials – ISPMA 2026, taking place from September 6–10, 2026, in the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic will start accepting abstracts 16. February.
Join leading experts and researchers in materials science for five inspiring days of knowledge-sharing, networking, and collaboration. We look forward to welcoming you to Prague for an engaging and memorable event!
The symposium will focus on the following topic clusters:
- Structural and functional materials (magnesium, aluminum, titanium alloys, shape memory alloys, steels, high-entropy alloys, intermetallics, ceramics, and other non-metallic materials).
- Materials out of equilibrium (nanocrystalline and amorphous materials)
- Materials characterization (e.g., microstructure, mechanical properties, and corrosion, including interaction with hydrogen).
- Electronic properties of materials (e.g., magnetism, heat, and electronic transport, including superconductivity).
- Modeling, simulations, ab initio calculations, and data science.
Currently, the following sessions have been proposed:
- Magnesium Alloys and Their Applications
- Advanced titanium alloys
- Dislocations in Materials
- Magnetic Properties of Materials
- Diffraction Methods in Materials Science
