MecaNano Summer School is ready for applicants!

Dear MecaNano members!

The first of two planned summer schools of the MecaNano Cost Action will take place 24-28^th of July in Rome. The in-person event will take place at Università degli studi Roma Tre, Department of Civil, Computer and Aeronautical Engineering in Rome (Linkedin account: https://www.linkedin.com/company/79033382/).

The call for applications is open at the summer school website: https://mecanano-school-2023.sciencesconf.org/. To be considered for travel funding, one should apply before May 31^st. For applicants that can fund themselves, deadline will be longer.

The summer school will be directly towards PhD students and post-docs new the field mechanics at the nano- and microscale (see attached flyer). There will be a maximum number of participates of 80 with at least 30 of those places will be exclusively for PhD and post-docs that are already part of MecaNano.
